(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell man suffered minor bleeding when his vehicle was struck at the intersection of 16th Street and James Avenue Sunday morning.
According to a Bedford Police report, 54-year-old Gary White was traveling east in the passing lane on 16th Street when a 2004 Ford Explorer, driven by 35-year-old Santos Calo, also traveling east on 16th Street moved into the center turn lane after turning off of James Avenue and crossed the center line and struck the front of White's 2002 Chevrolet Venture in the front section of the driver's side.
Calo was not injured, and White refused medical attention.
