(PEKIN) - Two Pekin residents were arrested Tuesday on multiple drug charges after a search uncovered meth and meth lab materials at their home.
Troopers from the Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Section received information that a possible meth lab was located at 522 South Gobbler Knob Road near Pekin.
Troopers from the Sellersburg State Police post assisted in the search after a search warrant was obtained.
During the search meth along with materials commonly used in the making the drug were found at the home. discovered.
Police arrested 27-year-old Levaughn Canaday and 22-year-old Johnathan K. Gibson.
Both were taken to the Washington County jail on felony charges of manufacturing meth, possession of meth, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of precursors and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
