(HELTONVILLE) - A Heltonville teen was arrested after police received a report of a suspicious male walking on State Road 58 East near Todd Lane. Police received the call at 11:47 p.m. Saturday reporting the man was carrying a Nazi flag with him.
When Lawrence County police arrived they found the 17-year-old male was intoxicated and was carrying a United States Marine Corps flag.
The teen told police he was out walking after he got into an argument with family members.
The teen was arrested after he failed a portable breathalyzer test. Probation was called and the teen was released to his parents.
