(SEYMOUR) - A man returning home from a meeting with his probation officer Thursday was arrested during a traffic stop on Seymour’s east side.
30-year-old Daniel D. Lacey of Seymour is facing new charges of visiting a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia and dealing in meth following the traffic stop at about 7 p.m. Thursday at Tipton and East streets.
Police say Lacey was a passenger in a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Kurt T. Lovins of Columbus.
Lovins was also arrested and faces charges of maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia and possession of meth.
