(BLOOMINGTON) - The American Homebrewers Association will host a rally and Homebrew Competition in Bloomington on Saturday.
The American Homebrewers Association (AHA) hosts a series of AHA Rallies nationwide to give homebrewers the chance to check out some of their local breweries and connect with other beer enthusiasts and homebrewers in their area.
This AHA Rally will be held at the Upland Brewing Co. Production Facility from 3 p.m. till 6 p.m., and offers the opportunity to participate in the popular annual UpCup Homebrew Competition, take a VIP brewery tour, meet brewery staff, enjoy Upland beer samples, and win great prizes from the brewery and the AHA.
The competition winner - to be selected by BJCP judges, professional brewers and other industry professionals - will receive the UpCup trophy, and their recipe will be brewed by Upland brewers and featured on tap at all Upland locations.
Additionally, the winning beer will be entered into the Great American Beer Festival® Pro-Am Competition.
Awards will be given to the second and third place winners as well.

Rallies are free for current AHA members. Non-members can join online, or sign up for a discounted member rate at the Rally. Please RSVP for the event.
