(WASHINGTON) - A traffic investigation by Indiana State Police in Daviess County ended in drug and nuisance charges against two Washington residents.
40-year-old Tara Graber was arrested for operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance, OWI with endangerment, and maintaining a common nuisance. She and a passenger, 40-year-old Jeremy Simpkins, were both charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Simpkins was also charged with visiting a common nuisance.
Graber's bond was set at $11,000 and Simpkins' bond was set at $6,500. Both remain incarcerated at the Daviess County Security Center.
