(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana University police are investigating the report of a sexual assault.
The woman told police the assault happened between 12:45 and 2 p.m. Saturday at a party held at the Delta Tau Delta fraternity house on North Jordan Avenue.
According to IU Police Lt. Craig Munroe, the woman told police she had consumed a beverage at the party and passed out soon after drinking the beverage. When she came to she was being sexually assaulted.
The woman described the man as a white male with brown hair, about 5-foot-9 to 6 feet tall and 200 pounds.
Monday afternoon in Monroe County Circuit Court, an IU detective requested and received a search warrant as part of a sexual assault investigation. The warrant sought broken sunglasses and bedsheets from the fraternity house.
