Children who will be 5 years old on or before August 1 are eligible to attend kindergarten during the upcoming school year.

Parents are asked to call the school at (812) 865-2633 ext. 3 to schedule a child's screening time. When calling, a parent should be prepared to provide the following information: child's name (including nickname), child's date of birth, child's gender, parents' names, address and phone number.
When arriving at the screening, a parent is bring the child's birth certificate, immunization record and Social Security card.
Upon completion of a child's screening, a conference will take place to explain the child's screening results.
