(NASHVILLE) - Chief Deputy Ben Seastrom will become Nashville town marshal May 14 - the day after former town marshal Stephanie Hess’ vacation ends. Hess resigned without explanation in late March.
The town council's decision to promote Seastrom was unanimous.
He has officially been doing the work of the marshal since shortly before Hess resigned. And he was the best qualified candidate for the job, King said.
Seastrom has named Tim True as his chief deputy. True, a five-year veteran of the NPD, is also the department's K-9 handler.
