(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested after police were called about a loud party in the 500 block of South Patterson drive early Saturday morning.
When police arrived at The Dillon apartment building at 3:24 a.m. they found a 19-year-old Kamryn Wible urinating on a wall by the roadway. Wible then approached officers carrying a half-empty gallon of vodka.
According to Bloomington Police Capt. Joe Qualters, when officers asked for identification they found Wible was carrying a fake ID.
Wible then allegedly became combative.
"He got within inches of one of the officer's face," he added. "After a warning, Mr. Wible positioned himself in an aggressive manner. He resisted as he was being detained and spit in an officer's face."
Wible was arrested on charges of battery, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and minor in possession and consumption of an alcoholic beverage.
