(DUBOIS) - The Dubois County Sheriff’s Office reports a Dubois woman was pulled from her burning vehicle Tuesday afternoon after it crashed into a ditch off State Road 56.
68-year-old Kay Smock was rescued prior to the arrival of sheriff's deputies.
Smock was taken to Jasper Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor facial and neck injuries.
Smock told police she either fell asleep at the wheel or passed out.
