(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after attacking a man and the man’s vehicle with a rake.
According to Bedford Assistant Chief Joe DeWees, officers received a 911 call at 12:50 p.m. reporting a fight in the 500 block of M Street.
When they arrived they found a man bleeding from his head.
The man told police that 21-year-old Brady Lantz of Bedford had attacked him with a rake and then busted out the windshield and taillights out of his vehicle.
Lantz also threw a rock at the man, hitting him in the head.
Police say Lantz was taken to a local hospital for an injury to his knuckles.
"He was treated and then arrested on a charge of battery causing bodily injury," DeWees says.
