(DUBOIS) - A Dubois man was arrested Monday after he allegedly struck and kicked a woman.
According to Dubois County Sheriff deputies, officers found the woman walking along Hickory Grove Road, about 150 yards from the home where the fight took place.
Police arrested 43-year-old Dustin Gould. Gould lives at the home and was still there just after 9 p.m. when police arrived.
The woman told deputies that Gould had struck and kicked her and threatened her with a handgun. He also broke her cellphone; damaged several TVs in the house as well as punch several holes in walls inside the home. Officers did recover a gun.
Gould is facing felony charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor charges of domestic battery and interference with reporting a crime.
Police says Gould's blood alcohol content tested .22 percent when he was booked into the Dubois County Security Center almost two hours after the incident.
