(BEDFORD) - A Bloomington man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after police found him slumped over the steering wheel of his PT Cruiser.
According to Bedford Assistant Police Chief Joe DeWees, officers were called to St. Vincent Dunn Hospital after a report of a man in the parking lot slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle.
When police arrived at 1:25 p.m. they found 36-year-old Steven Mullis passed out in the vehicle.
"There were several cans of air duster inside the vehicle," DeWees says. "He showed signs he had been huffing the air duster. He was clearly impaired."
Officers also found marijuana in the vehicle.
Mullis was arrested on charges of possession of possession of marijuana/hashish, public intoxication, inhaling toxic fumes.
