(CARR TOWNSHIP) - A Jackson County man faces charges after an incident involving the elderly woman he shares a residence with.
It happened in Carr Township in Jackson County.
Police say Travis Grigsby was arrested after threatening the 80-year-old woman with her own cane Friday.
The woman told police Grigsby wanted the Fentanyl pain-relieving patch that she was wearing.
After the victim gave Grigsby the patch, she hid in a bedroom to get away from him.
The woman called the Sheriff's office Saturday morning.
Grigsby is charged with confinement, theft with a prior conviction, intimidation, robbery and violation of the Legend Drug Act, all felonies.
He is being held in Jackson County Jail without bond.
