(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell woman was arrested Tuesday night after police received a 911 call reporting a woman was lying beside the roadway with her legs in the road at John Williams Boulevard and James Avenue.
When police arrived at 6:42 p.m. they found 41-year-old Christine Riggs.
Riggs was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
