(SULLIVAN) - A Sullivan man was killed Sunday afternoon when a train hit his pickup truck at a Sullivan railroad crossing.
Authorities say 44-year-old David Muncie was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from his vehicle.
A train was parked near the crossing and the crossing's signals were flashing when he attempted to cross. However, another train coming from the opposite direction hit Muncie's truck.
Authorities say alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
