(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police are looking for a man that entered the Marathon on North Kinser Pike, brandishing a gun and robbed the business.
Bloomington police say the robbery happened Sunday at 1:39 a.m. at the marathon station at 1705 North Kinser Pike.
Bloomington Police Capt. Joe Qualters says that the man was armed with a silver semi-automatic handgun. He ordered the clerk to place all the money from the business into a black backpack and then fled. He was last seen going around the north side of the building.
Police are looking for a black man, 6 feet 2 inches to 6 feet 4 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a white cloth over his face, had on an orange-hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and a black toboggan hat, black-and-white tennis shoes.
