(ELNORA) - The Daviess County Fair opens Friday night at the Elnora fairgrounds, ending June 27.
There will be free admission at the gate every day, with the carnival opening every night at 6 p.m.
The fair kicks off Friday night with the horse show beginning at 6 p.m. in the arena. Following the horse show will be the sheep show at 7 p.m. Haywire, who has opened for Toby Keith and performed at the Indiana State Fair will take the stage at the bandstand live at 7 p.m.
Saturday filled with events. The dairy goat show beings in the show barn at 8:30 a.m.
Downtown Elnora's streets will be packed full of people when the parade starts at 5:30 p.m.
At 7:30 p.m., the Super Pull will commence with the Truck and Tractor pulls in the arena. Admission will be $8 for adults, with children under 6 admitted for free.
On Sunday, the open boer and meat jackpot goat show begins at 4 p.m. Vesper Services will begint at 7 p.m. on the bandstand, bring a lawn chair, because there is not seating.
The horse show will take place at 6 p.m. Monday in the arena. The Commercial/Women's Building will have its grand opening at 6 p.m.
