(BLOOMINGTON) - A road closure required for road and interchange construction on Fullerton Pike in Bloomington will begin on July 11th.
Fullerton Pike will not be closed until Rockport Road is complete and open to traffic.
Fullerton Pike will be closed from Sharon Drive to Rockport Road with local access only. Traffic will be detoured via Leonard Springs, Tapp Road and Rockport Road.
A hospital detour route to provide access to Monroe Hospital will be for southbound State Road 37 traffic via That Road west of SR 37 to Medical Park Boulevard. The hospital detour route for northbound SR 37 traffic will be via That Road to the newly constructed That Road Connector, Rockport Road, That Road and Medical Park Boulevard.
The closure of Fullerton Pike will begin on or after July 11 and will remain closed through December 31.
