(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested after confronted the bouncers at Night Moves early Saturday morning.
When police arrived 28-year-old Andrew Drake charged at their vehicle.
According to police, Drake smelled of alcohol and when police asked for his identification he told them he was God.
Officers told Drake he was under arrest and that is when he became combative with officers. Officers placed him in handcuffs and once in the police car he head-butted the plastic caging causing a contusion to the side of his head.
He was taken to the hospital for treatment for treatment. Once there Drake became belligerent and attempted to assault the hospital staff and spat on an officer.
Once at the jail, Drake continued to be combative.
Drake is facing charges of resisting law enforcement, battery and public intoxication.
