(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested Saturday afternoon after Bedford Police received numerous calls about a man carrying a whiskey bottle stumbling in the roadway at 19th Street and Western Avenue.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, the callers reported they had almost hit 42-year-old Timothy Livingston with their vehicles.
When officers arrived they found Livingston near Shawnee Drive.
"He was clearly intoxicated," Parsley says.
Livingston was arrested on charges of public intoxicated and on a warrant for petition to revoke probation.
