(SEYMOUR) - A man linked to a three-year-old theft case through DNA has been arrested.
According to a Jackson County Sheriff's Department press release, 27-year-old Case Terrance Meadors of Seymour was arrested Saturday and faces charges of theft and criminal mischief in connection with the June 25, 2012 theft of a purse from a vehicle.
The purse was taken when someone broke the window of a vehicle parked in the 7000 block of East County Road 725N in Seymour. An Indianapolis woman told police she parked the vehicle along the road while taking a walk to the East Fork White River.
