(WASHINGTON) - A Washington man was arrested last weekend after leaving threatening voicemails for his nephew and threatening to kill an entire family.
Washington Police arrested 32-year-old Anthony M. "Tony" Cannon, on charges of disorderly conduct and intimidation.
Cannon is accused of leaving threatening voicemails saying he was going to kill the victim's entire family.
When the victim called police Cannon was standing outside the victim's mother's threatening to kill the victim's entire family.
The victim told police the last time Cannon had made similar threats he had a knife with him.
The caller urged police to go to his mother's house without their sirens because he told them Cannon would run if he heard or saw police.
Before police arrived Cannon had went into the garage of the home and had turned the light that was on off.
Cannon was arrested without incident and taken to the Daviess County Security Center.
