(BLOOMFIELD) - Bloomfield Town Council seat for Ward 2 will be filled by Robert Uland.
Last month, GOP County Chairman Paul Clark announced they would hold a caucus to fill the vacant seat on the Bloomfield Town Council after the town mourned the passing of Board Member Eric Harrah.
The Greene County Daily World reports the caucus, including four Precinct Committeemen from Richland Township, met Wednesday afternoon at the Courthouse. Uland was the only one to show interest in serving on the council.
Clark says Uland was selected to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the term.
