(BLOOMINGTON) - Better Business Bureau has received multiple complaints that Greater Goods, which offers to purchase stamps, is taking several months to reimburse customers.
Great Goods is located in Bloomington and the company advertises in magazines distributed throughout correctional facilities.
BBB Serving Central Indiana files indicate this company has a pattern of complaints. Consumers also allege the business takes longer than the 48 hours stated on company website to pay for the postal stamps.
Consumers allege the company takes months to pay them after the stamps are delivered to the company. In some cases consumers claim payment for the stamps was never received.
Consumers also allege that the company does not respond to consumers' letters regarding reimbursement for the stamps.
On June 24, the BBB sent a certified letter to company requesting cooperation in responding to and eliminating the pattern of complaint. They are still awaiting a response from the company.
The company currently has an F rating with BBB for failure to respond to complaints and failure to resolve the underlying causes of the pattern of complaints.
