(ODON) - “American Pride” is a Statler Brothers tribute band performing tonight at Odon Old Settlers Days.
The oldest continuous festival in Indiana turns 130 years old this year.
Old Settlers Days in Odon is this coming weekend. It'll be held today, Friday and Saturday at the Odon Park.
The festival is famous for it's live entertainment.
The festival officially kicks off at 6:30 p.m. tonight with the parade. The carnival rides open at 6 p.m.
Friday night there is the Retro Band from Indianapolis. They are a 60's 70's and 80's cover band. They will perform from 8 p.m. till 10 p.m.
At 2 p.m. will be bingo with the carnival rides will open at 6 p.m. At 7 p.m. Floral Hall will open and the Little Miss and Mister Contest will kick off at 7 p.m.
Saturday night's it's another tribute as Michael Twitty pays homage to his late father, Country Music great Conway Twitty. The performance will begin at 8 p.m.
The Floral Hall will open at 9 a.m. Kids games, sponsored by the Odon Lions Club will begin at 1 p.m. There will be a Cruise-In and Car Show at 2 p.m. Carnival rides open at 5 p.m. and registration for the baby show begins at 5:30 p.m. with the show beginning 6:30 p.m.
