(BLOOMINGTON) - A three day investigation led Indiana State Police troopers to a home at 7088 West Eller Road southwest of Bloomington Thursday afternoon.
There troopers found 25-year-old Nicholas Owings of Bloomington.
Owings was wanted on several felony arrest warrants through Monroe County, including burglary and probation violations.
Owings ran from troopers into a wooded area but was captured minutes later.
65-year-old Karen Rawley, who lived at the home, was also arrested on felony charges of battery on an officer and resisting law enforcement by force. Police say, Rawley is relatived to Owings.
Owings was also charged with an additional two counts of resisting law enforcement.
