(ODON) - An Odon man was arrested Wednesday night after police found drugs.
Around 10:20 p.m. Indiana State Police Trooper Mitchell Wier with Odon Town Marshall Scottie Noble and Washington Police Officer Brandon Garland, went to the home of 54-year-old John S. Brock at at 205 North West Street in Odon after a report of possible drug activity at the home.
When officers arrived they spoke with Brock, who gave police permission to search his home.
Officers found numerous items, including meth, precursors to manufacture meth, two homemade smoking devices, and Xanex pills, a schedule IV controlled substance.
The Indiana State Police Methamphetamine Suppression Section assisted in the collection of the evidence.
Brock was arrested without incident and booked into the Daviess County Security Center on charges of possession of precursors with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, Level 6 felony; possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, Class B misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor.
