(BEDFORD) - A Oolitic man and two others were injured after he lost control of his vehicle on Tunnelton Road near Duncan Bend Lane Tuesday night.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 29-year-old Benjamin Morrow of Oolitic was traveling north on Tunnelton Road and was going around a curve at about 35 to 40 miles per hour when he met a truck pulling a trailer that was partially on his side of the road.
Morrow told police that he swerved to miss the vehicle and that is when he over-corrected his 2009 Chevrolet Traverse causing the vehicle to go off the west side of the road.
The vehicle struck a tree and then rolled twice down over an embankment and stopped on its wheels. Morrow complained of neck pain following the incident.
His passengers, 21-year-old Kennedy Morrow of Jasper and 21-year-old Bradley Lake, complained of various pain following the incident.
Assisting at the scene were the Shawswick Volunteer Fire Department and a Seals ambulance.
