(WASHINGTON) - A Washington man was jailed following a reported hit and run accident Sunday.
Washington Police say that 42-year-old Rafael S. Dominguez was arrested for being a habitual traffic offender, operating a vehicle while never licensed and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
He was allegedly the driver of a moped that sideswiped a car at Northwest 8th and Van Trees and then left the scene.
