(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested Wednesday after police say he robbed a man at Night Moves in October.
According to police, a 25-year-old man told police that on October 19, two men had jumped him in a carport at Summit Pointe Apartments, beat him, took his belongings from his pockets and then struck him with a car when they fled.
The man told investigators that he had met the two men who took his keys, wallet and phone earlier that night.
The man told police after being robbed the two men left in different cars. The victim attempted to prevent one of the men from leaving and that is when he was struck by the car. The victim suffered minor injuries but refused medical attention.
Police watched video surveillance footage from Night Moves and were able to identify the two males and a woman who was the getaway driver.
Officers located 29-year-old Anthony Charles Jr. while working on an unrelated case and he was arrested on a warrant for robbery resulting in injury and on a warrant for a probation violation.
Officers arrested Charles' girlfriend, 30-year-old Ivory Westfall in October, charging her with assisting a criminal because she was driving the getaway car the night of the robbery.
Police are still seeking the third suspect.
