(BEDFORD) - Congratulations to Jennifer and Zaylie Dillman of Mitchell who found the Super Oldies 105.5 WQRK Jingle Bell Rock.
They discovered the rock at Shirley Creek Campground at the National Forest Trail Head.
"We were there on Friday, after getting the secret clue at Big O Tires saying something about the horses. So we headed to Shirley Creek and were there for about an hour but didn't find it," Jennifer said. "There was a man camping where the rock was hidden but we didn't want to intrude."
Then on Monday, Jennifer returned to Big O Tires and with the new clue and knew for sure the rock was hidden at Shirley Creek.
"I was upset because it was there and we had not found it," she added. "I told my husband (Brett) we were going back."
The couple waited for their daughter Zaylie to get off the bus to head out.
"We were like a couple of kids; we had our shoes on and waiting for her to get off the bus so we could head out," Jennifer said. "We rushed back out there around 4:30 p.m. and found it within minutes. We were jumping up and down like little kids and giving high fives. Zaylie was so excited it was cute."
The Dillman family will exchange the Jingle Bell Rock Friday morning for a sleigh full of prizes and be interviewed on Super Oldies to talk about their adventure.
