(WASHINGTON) - A 74-year-old Washington man who was arrested Friday on five counts of sexual battery and one count of battery resulting in bodily injury.
According to Washington Police, Daniel Albert Queen is accused of multiple lewd acts involving sexual battery over a 22-day period.
Queen, is alleged to have committed the acts on three women between August 7 and August 29, at multiple locations in Washington Towers and at the nearby gazebo.
According to a probable cause affidavit, the first incident happened on August 7 at Queen's apartment in Washington Towers. Queen is accused of forcing a 47-year-old woman, who he prevented from leaving, to kiss him on the mouth.
Later the same day, Queen also punched the woman.
Then on August 15 Queen allegedly attempted to take the pants off of the same woman in the lobby of the apartment complex.
On August 24, Queen grabbed the arm of a 75-year-old woman, bruising her arm, pulling an arm muscle and injuring her wrist all while in the activities room of the housing complex.
The next day, Queen used his hand to inappropriately touch private areas of the woman identified in the first incident.
Two days later, Queen was reported to have touched the 75-year-old woman on the buttocks without permission.
The final incident happened on August 29, when police say Queen used his wheelchair to block the path of a 64-year-old woman. As the woman tried to leave, Queen touched her on the breast without permission.
All six counts against Queen are considered Level 6 felonies which means if convicted, Queen could serve between six months and two and a half years in prison and face fines up to $10,000.
Queen was released from jail on Friday after he posted a $2,500 bond. No court date has been set.
