(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested on a warrant after he allegedly punched a woman in the face.
According to a probable cause affidavit, 31-year-old James Torres, was arrested after he allegedly grabbed a woman and punched her in the face during a domestic fight on the night of Dec. 27.
Torres was arrested Thursday night on charges of two felony counts of domestic battery in the presence of a minor.
