(BEDFORD) - Bedford Police arrested a Walmart employee after he allegedly stole a 60-inch television from the store.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, officers arrested 22-year-old Joseph Glover of Heltonville on a charge of theft.
Bedford police were called to the store at 10:52 p.m. Thursday after store security called police.
"According to store loss prevention, Mr. Grover had taken the television valued at $998 outside on the store loading dock and then later put the TV in his vehicle and left. "
Parsley says the case is still under investigation to determine if others were involved in the crime.
