(BEDFORD) - A 16-year-old Bedford teen was arrested Saturday after he shoved his father down the stairs and into a wall Friday night.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, officers arrested the male teen after his father filed a battery report.
Parsley says the father reported that his son was "out of control."
"During a domestic fight Friday night the teen allegedly shoved his father while he was coming down the stairs into a wall injuring the father's left arm," Parsley added.
The teen was arrested Saturday on a charge of battery causing injury and was taken to the Jackson County Detention Center.
