(BROWNSTOWN) - Members of bands at Brownstown Central Middle School and Brownstown Central High School participated in the Indiana State School Music Association district solo and ensemble contest January 30 at Columbus East High School.
The Brownstown Central students earned 39 gold and five silver medals in 25 events.
Those receiving gold medals were Robbie Branaman (two), Chelsea Luedeman (two), Lydia Chandler, Maddison Brittain, Kaylee Branaman (two), Emma Hamm, Kiley Ratliff (two), Joseph Freeman (two), Kirsten Raisor, Jackson Lahrman (two), Devan Davis, Emily Zink (two), Miranda McClusky (four), Kailee Hildebrand, Abigail Wayman, Richie Ruddick, Montana Stout, Bailey Hughes (two), Claudia Sibrel (two), Eliza Cash, Cameron Lee, Matthew Rogers, Trenton Rogers, Joshua Rogers (two), Andrew Wheeles and Rachel Hildebrand.
Those receiving silver medals were Suzzanna Kramer, Jacob Lucas, Noah Sarver, Devan Davis and Emily Zink.
