(JUDAH) - A Shepherdsville, Kentucky man was arrested after police found him intoxicated at Johnny’s Junxion Sunday night.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff Mike Branham, officers were called by an employee at Johnny's Junxion reporting a suspicious male that had been lingering at the business and appeared to be intoxicated.
Police assisted by Indiana State Police arrived and found a man matching the employee's description exiting a vehicle and walking toward the business.
Police stopped 49-year-old Steven Goodman and found him "extremely intoxicated and uncooperative."
"Mr. Goodman refused to submit to field sobriety tests or portable breath tests and became loud and belligerent, and continued even after being told to keep quiet and calm down by officers," Sheriff Branham wrote in an email.
Goodman was arrested on charges of public intoxicated and disorderly conduct.
