(BLOOMINGTON) - The I-69 Development Partners Team announces single-lane closures with flagger protection on Rex Grossman Boulevard and Cooperative Way and Cota Drive.
Lane closures will be required to accommodate boring operations for new utility lines.
Cota Drive closures will be implemented in phases to allow access to all properties during construction.
Work will begin on Monday, February 15 and will continue through March 4. It will take place daily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting.
The first phase will close Cota Drive between McIntyre Drive and the driveway to the Children's Organ Transplant Association facility.
The second phase will close Cota Drive west of McIntyre Drive along with Rex Grossman Boulevard. Access will be provided via Deborah and Cota drives.
Cooperative Way will be closed with access being provided via Deborah Drive and Schmaltz Boulevard.
The closures of Cooperative Way and Cota Drive (Phase 1) will begin early March.
The closures of Rex Grossman Boulevard and Cota Drive (Phase 2) will begin immediately upon the completion of Phase 1 construction.
The closures are anticipated to remain in place through late March.
