(WASHINGTON) - Washington Police arrested four Washington residents on drug charges during an early Saturday morning traffic stop.
Police arrested the driver, 33-year-old Raymond Yelladay, on outstanding Daviess County warrants for battery by means of a deadly weapon, residential entry and theft.
In addition, Yelladay is facing new charges of maintaining a common nuisance, false informing and two counts of possession of a scheduled IV controlled substance.
Police arrested 27-year-old Justin Williams on charges of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia, visiting a common nuisance and two counts of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
Officers arrested 33-year-old Jessica Rainey and 20-year-old Chelsea Hayes on two counts of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and visiting a common nuisance.
Hayes is also charged with possession of a synthetic drug.
