(JACKSON CO.) - A Hanover man was arrested after an Indiana State Police K-9 located crack cocaine and more than 60 grams of marijuana.
Police arrested 19-year-old Trevone Sneed after an Indiana State trooper stopped his 1988 Oldsmobile on Interstate 65 near Seymour for a traffic violation.
After stopping the vehicle, Trooper Randel Miller deployed his K-9 partner Jinx. The dog alerted the trooper to possible drugs in the vehicle.
A search of the vehicle resulted in an estimated .5 gram of Crack Cocaine and 60 grams of Marijuana being seized.
Sneed was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, maintaining a common nuisance and operating a vehicle while never licensed.
He was incarcerated at the Jackson County Jail.
