(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man acquitted last fall of killing 81-year-old Sidney Cowden pleaded guilty this week to breaking into the man’s home.
According to the Herald Times, 34-year-old Andrew Cooper was sentenced to six years in prison. But with credit for time served since his arrest on charges of murder, robbery and burglary, he has about six months left behind bars.
