(SEYMOUR) - A Seymour man faces at least four criminal charges in connection with an incident in which a parked car was hit Saturday night by a motorist who then fled the scene.
Seymour Police arrested 43-year-old Salvador Bautista on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or greater, operating a vehicle while never having received a driver's license and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident.
Those charges stem from an incident reported at 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the area of Oak and O'Brien streets on the city's southeast side.
