(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell man was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with multiple drug charges.
Bedford Police arrested 21-year-old Conner Absher of Mitchell on charges of possession of a narcotic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a syringe and maintaining a common nuisance.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Bedford officers observed Absher in possession of a narcotic drug which was later identified as heroin.
Police say they found Absher with a hypodermic syringe used to inject the drug and a spoon that was used for heroin and knowingly using a vehicle to use the heroin.
Absher posted a $755 cash bond and was released from jail.
