(BEDFORD) - The 15th installment of the Brain Games will begin tonight at the Little Theatre of Bedford.
The games are a fundraiser for the Lawrence County Museum of History.
Museum staff and volunteers have been busy getting the questions, the sponsors, players and all of the volunteers needed to put on the event. It is the largest fundraiser of the year for the museum. A few players are still needed to round out teams. Call (812) 278-8575 if interested in participating.
The trivia contest pits 32 teams against each other in a timed, single-elimination format.
The first 16 teams will square off on tonight with the second 16 teams pairing off on Thursday.
The eight winners from tonight will square off with the eight winners from Thursday night on May 24.
The eight winners from May 24 advance to championship round held on May 26 when the Brain Games champion will be named.
Bedford Laser Wash, last year's champion, will begin defense of its title at 8:45 p.m. tonight.
