(BEDFORD) - A 4-year-old boy suffered facial injuries after a one-vehicle accident on Ind. 450 near Bex Addition Drive on Thursday.
According to a Bedford Police report, 28-year-old Michelle Nikirk of Bedford was traveling south on Ind.450 and approaching Bex Addition Drive when her 2009 Ford Focus struck water on the roadway causing her to lose control of the car. The car struck an embankment and spun 360 degrees until striking two trees and stopping in a ditch.
Nikirk was not injured.
Her passenger 4-year-old Landon Borden, who was in a car seat, suffered possible fractures to his face.
