Bedford Man Sentenced To 16 Years For Dealing Drugs

(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Superior Court Judge Michael Robbins sentenced a Bedford man to 16 years in prison for dealing meth and a narcotic drug.

54-year-old Bradley Bundy pleaded guilty to two Level 3 felony counts of dealing meth and one Level 3 felony count of a narcotic drug.

On the two charges of dealing in meth, Judge Robbins ordered Bundy to spend 10 years at the Indiana Department of Correction with two years to be served on electronic monitoring, two years to supervised probation and two years on unsupervised probation.

On the dealing narcotic drug, a different case. Bundy was ordered to six years in prison with no time suspended, and received credit for 333 days already served.

Judge Robbins ordered the two sentences be served consecutively.

Several charges were dropped in the negotiated plea agreement.
