Man Arrested After Police Find Him With No Pants On

(BEDFORD) - Bedford Police arrested a Hobart Man after they found him drunk and wearing no pants at Mamma’s Restaurant on Tuesday.

Police arrested 60-year-old Donald Skinner on a charge of public intoxication.

Police were called to the restaurant at 1707 M Street at 5:15 p.m. after a report of an intoxicated man not wearing pants.

When police arrived they found Skinner dressed only in a shirt, he was nude from the waist down and smelling of alcohol.
