(SPRINGVILLE) - A Springville man was arrested he allegedly broke into a home and stated he was going to “kill someone.”
Police arrested 45-year-old Bret Cramichael on charges of residential entry, resisting law enforcement, intimidation and invasion of privacy.
According to a Lawrence County Police, officers were called to the home in the 300 block of Cobb Lane after a woman reported Carmichael entered the home without permission and threatened to "kill everyone."
According to a Lawrence Superior Court I probable cause affidavit police arrived at the home and after approaching Carmichael and identifying themselves. Carmichael began resisting officers, got in his car and fled.
Carmichael was booked into the Lawrence County jail at 4:47 p.m. Saturday. He posted a $755 bond and was released on Sunday.
